Section 1 - Online Store Terms

Section 2 - Print-on-Demand & Product Accuracy

All apparel and merchandise sold on GameryTees are custom-manufactured on a Print-on-Demand (POD) basis through our certified fulfillment partner, Merchize.

• Product Representations: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our gaming apparel that appear at the store. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently (RGB), we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be a 100% exact match to the physical printed item (CMYK direct-to-garment or all-over-print tech).
• Modifications to Goods: We reserve the right to modify the blanks, garment brands, or fabric blends utilized by our fulfillment partner to manufacture the products at any time without prior notice, provided the quality remains equivalent or superior.

Section 3 - Billing and Account Security

We process all financial transactions through highly secure, encrypted third-party payment networks: Shopify Payments and Airwallex.

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

Section 4 - Intellectual Property & Design Ownership

All content included on this site, such as text, gaming graphic designs, custom artworks, logos, button icons, images, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of BRAVEBITS LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, or display of the content on this site is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from BRAVEBITS LLC.

Section 5 - Accuracy of Shipping and Delivery Responsibilities

• Shipping Address Accuracy: It is the customer's absolute responsibility to provide correct, complete, and deliverable shipping addresses at checkout. Because our POD items are fulfilled via automated pipelines with Merchize, orders with invalid addresses that are returned or destroyed by global postal couriers will not be eligible for a free replacement or refund.
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled entirely by the recipient.

Section 6 - Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GameryTees, BRAVEBITS LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or service providers (including Merchize) be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where the parent corporate entity BRAVEBITS LLC is legally registered and established.
