Because our custom gaming apparel is printed on demand via our global fulfillment partner, Merchize, shipping timelines consist of two distinct phases: Production Time and Transit Shipping Time.
1. Order Timeline Overview (Production + Shipping)
Total delivery turnaround time is calculated as: Total Time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
- Production Phase (Manufacturing): All products on GameryTees are custom-made to order. Once payment is confirmed, production takes between 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays). During high-volume seasonal quarters (such as Q4, Black Friday, or Christmas), production may extend to 5 to 7 business days.
- Shipping Phase (Transit): Once the item is printed, packaged, and labeled by Merchize, it is shipped out via certified international courier networks (such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, or regional postal systems).
2. Estimated Shipping Windows & Cost
We proudly offer global shipping to our gaming communities. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout depending on item weight and destination country.

3. Tracking Information
Once your order is manufactured, packed, and enters the postal system, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a specific Tracking Number and tracking link will be transmitted to the email address used at checkout. Tracking statuses typically require 24 to 48 hours to update in the carrier network systems after the initial label is created.
4. Customer Shipping Responsibilities
It is the customer's absolute responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and deliverable address information at checkout. GameryTees and BRAVEBITS LLC are not liable for packages misdelivered or lost due to faulty destination data entered by the buyer. If a package is returned to our fulfillment facilities by the carrier due to an invalid address or failure to pick up, the package may be permanently destroyed by the overseas carrier hub. No refunds or free replacements can be processed under these circumstances.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International shipments crossing custom checkpoints may be subject to additional localized import taxes, custom tariffs, or courier processing fees levied by the destination country's government. These extra charges are completely outside our control and must be fulfilled directly by the recipient at the destination point.
6. Missing or Damaged Packages in Transit
If your tracking number displays a stale status (no system updates for more than 30 business days) or arrives physically damaged by the shipping couriers, please immediately review our Refund & Return Policy and submit a claim containing direct photo evidence to our support agents at support@gamerytees.com within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a full refund or process a free replacement package.
